Delete your Slomoji account
Slomoji is operated by Slomoji, LLC. You can request deletion in the app or by email.
Request deletion in the app
- Sign in to Slomoji.
- Open the menu and choose Account.
- Under Account actions, choose Account removal.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address connected to your Slomoji account. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.
What happens next
An in-app request schedules deletion for 30 days later. During that grace period, you can sign back in and choose to keep your account. After the grace period, Slomoji removes or de-identifies your account and associated data.
This includes:
- profile and contact information;
- photos, memories, posts, drafts, responses, and uploaded media;
- Timeline, Era, Moment, SloCo, friendship, and preference data; and
- notification devices, login tokens, invitations, and saved references.
Limited records may be retained when needed for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or normal backup rotation. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
